Have you been struggling with pain that you just can’t seem to get rid of? You’ve tried all sorts of different things but the pain is still there! In that case, there are subconscious things that are contributing to your symptoms!

When the pain is persistent even after doing all you can, a channeled healing meditation can help you get to the root cause of the pain

Part of what I do when I work with my clients is to get to the source of where the pain is coming from- the energy we are holding on to, limiting beliefs, and areas in our life that are out of alignment!  Becoming aware of subconscious energy patterns is all we need to start the healing process!  Those “AHA” moments are pivotal!

I record a custom channeled meditation for you to do to help start clearing the blocked energy.

What is Channeled Meditation

Channeling involves consciously shifting your mind and mental space in order to achieve an expanded state of consciousness.

To achieve this expanded state of consciousness, channelers like myself tune in to a higher consciousness and connect to the universal energy to understand what is holding us back from living optimally.

Chakra Meditation

  • Chakra is a Sanskrit word, an ancient Indian language. It means Wheel or Cycle. There are 7 energy centers situated along the spine and correspond to a specific part of the physical body.
  • To live a life full of health and balance and joy, the Chakras need to be balanced for energy to flow. When Chakras are imbalanced they show up as physical symptoms that affect your mental and spiritual health as well.
  • When we work together, I identify the imbalance in the chakras and how they are affecting wellness and well-being, and then I design a specific guided meditation for you to correct the imbalance.

Demolish Limiting Beliefs Meditation

  • I feel like this should be up with clearing inner blocks. This is a shortened version, per a request, of releasing limiting beliefs and subconscious negativity. It allows you to release any blockage, negativity or limiting belief, allowing the healing sun to revitalize you after release.
Progressive Relaxation Meditation

Progressive Relaxation Meditation

  • When we’re stressed, our muscles tighten, which can lead to aches and pains, feeling wound up, and exhaustion. Progressive relaxation meditation will help you relax by alternating tension and relaxation in all of the body’s major muscle groups.

Self-Love Meditation

  • This gentle meditation builds up trust in the process of opening up to self-love and it also addresses all the false beliefs which cause you to reject or criticize yourself.
  • The meditation gently and slowly breaks down the barriers and defensiveness, promoting self-love. As you accept and start experiencing self-love, you are then reconnected to both breath and body.

Grounding and Clearing Energy Meditation

  • This grounding meditation is done before sleeping to help release anxiety and overthinking before you fall asleep. As you reconnect with body and breath you are guided to release excess energy and mental chatter using an energetic channel that connects you to the earth.

Clear Inner Blocks Meditation

  • Mindset is more important than any external resource you need to reach your goals. This guided meditation session will allow you to uncover and remove mental blocks impeding your progress to goals and builds confidence along the way. This session uses guided imagery so that you both emotionally and mentally shift your mindset. Emotional and cognitive integration are the two necessary aspects to retrain, or rewire, the brain.
